Tin Box Manufacturing Capabilities for B2B Factory Review

Huizhou Junmei Can Making Co., Ltd. operates a 10,000 m² factory site with 130+ employees and typical monthly output above 3 million pieces. Review how our in-house team supports custom tin packaging from artwork and mold development through printing, forming, inspection, packing and shipment preparation. Capacity and timing are confirmed against the product mix, structure, quantity, tooling and production schedule.

Review factory capability, then follow the detailed evidence.

This Manufacturing hub gives procurement, packaging-development and quality teams a concise view of what Junmei can complete in-house and how those capabilities are reviewed. The Production Process page follows the physical workflow and equipment areas. Quality & Certifications explains inspection logic, management-system certificates, selected sample reports and the project conditions that determine document relevance.

01 · IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING

From artwork and tooling to packed tins and container loading.

Junmei can complete artwork support, mold design and making, printing and coating, cutting and slitting, stamping and forming, curling and assembly, inspection, cleaning and packing, warehousing and container loading. Review areas can include printing and coating lines, drying ovens, cutting and slitting equipment, stamping and forming presses, the mold workshop, assembly and packing lines, and finished-goods storage. The exact route varies with tin shape, closure, finish and project requirements.

02 · QUALITY & DOCUMENTS

Connect each manufacturing stage to an approval or inspection reference.

Production review can reference approved artwork, color samples, drawings, structure details and confirmed samples. In-process and final checks can cover print and surface appearance, dimensions, edge condition, lid fit, packing and other order-defined points. Inspection instruments, customer-specified protocols and project-based or third-party testing can be reviewed where applicable.

Project-to-production control

Manage manufacturability before, during and after production.

A useful factory review connects the buyer’s approved requirements to the factory areas, production references and final evidence used for the order. Junmei organizes that review around three decision stages.

BEFORE
Pantone and printed tin color comparison

Project and approval reference

Start with the application, target size or fill requirement, structure and lid, printing and finish, quantity, target market, required date and document needs. Junmei can compare existing formats before evaluating project-specific tooling, then prepare the drawing, artwork, structure and sample references used for approval. Samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days after specifications and artwork are confirmed; new or complex tooling is scheduled separately.

Manufacturing and inspection control

Approved references guide printing, coating, cutting, forming, assembly and in-process checks. Typical monthly output exceeds 3 million pieces across the factory, with higher output possible depending on product mix and scheduling; this does not define the committed capacity for one SKU. Dimensions, print appearance, surface condition, edges and lid fit can be reviewed at order-defined stages, with additional sealing, drop or vibration verification arranged when the project requires it.

AFTER
Finished tin packaging prepared for packing

Packing and shipment readiness

Finished tins move through final inspection, cleaning, approved packing, finished-goods storage and loading preparation. Project support can include individual protection, inner and outer cartons, dividers or inserts, pallets and container loading. Junmei can also prepare common export-coordination documents, packing or loading photographs, and repeat-order comparisons using retained approved samples or color references. The final packing method and document set are confirmed for the order.

Use four questions to qualify manufacturing fit before quotation.

A factory visit, video review or document-based audit is most useful when it follows the product and risk profile. Use these questions to decide what Junmei should prepare for your procurement or quality team.

Can the factory support our volume and schedule?Review the 10,000 m² site, 130+ team and 3M+ typical monthly output together with the requested quantity, product structure, tooling, finish and target date. Final capacity allocation and lead time are confirmed for the project rather than inferred from the factory-wide figure.Plan a Factory Visit →
Which stages and equipment support our tin?Map the approved design to mold work, printing/coating, drying, cutting/slitting, stamping/forming, curling/assembly, inspection, packing, storage and loading. Junmei can show the relevant factory areas; the actual route is selected for the approved construction.Production Process →
How are quality and document requirements controlled?Define the approved sample, artwork or color reference, material/coating needs, inspection points, sealing or transport verification and destination-market documents. Certificate and report scope is checked against the project instead of applied as a blanket claim.Quality & Documents →
How are packing, repeat orders and audits supported?Confirm individual protection, cartons, dividers or inserts, pallets, loading, export-coordination documents and requested photographs. On-site or video factory reviews and customer audit checklists can be supported; retained samples or color references help compare repeat-order versions.Discuss Audit Requirements →
