Prepare the commercial brief
Use the project and artwork checklist to share the product type, target dimensions, order quantity, artwork status, retail use and required delivery window. Reference images are helpful, but measurable requirements should be added where possible.
Separate sample and document approval
The physical sample confirms structure and appearance. The quality document review confirms whether the available file set is relevant to the material, coating and intended use. Both should be recorded before production.
Plan export packing information
Confirm carton expectations, labeling, pallet or loading requirements and the shipping information needed for the buyer’s logistics review. Final freight decisions should be based on details from the packing and shipment stage.
