Choose the planning route
Start with the campaign structure, not a generic festive graphic
Occasion packaging has two distinct sourcing problems. A dedicated Christmas program can prioritize seasonal display and recognizable gift cues. A multi-season program must control shared structures, changing artwork, market versions and repeat orders across the year.

Christmas-specific gift and food tins
Use this route for Christmas cookies, confectionery, gift sets, limited editions or collectible packs. Review special shapes, shelf presentation, inserts, multiple artworks and delivery timing as one project.
→ 02Holiday and multi-season programs
Use this route when one buyer manages several occasions, regions or artwork versions. Compare existing molds against new tooling and build an approval record that supports repeat ordering.
→Work backwards
Build the project sequence from the required delivery window
Junmei does not publish a universal seasonal deadline because artwork status, tooling, sample rounds, quantity, packing and freight can change the schedule. Give the target arrival window first, then confirm each gate backwards.
Required arrival
Destination, warehouse date and shipping mode.
Dispatch & packing
Master carton, protection, labels and shipment release.
Bulk production
Usually about 25 days after approvals and order confirmation.

Tooling & artwork
Current mold review or new-tool route; separate artwork versions.
Commercial brief
Contents, size, quantity, market, packout and target date.
Buyer input map
What Junmei needs to qualify an occasion tin program
The most useful RFQ is not a request for “a holiday tin.” It explains the product system, campaign versions and operational constraints that the tin must support.
| Input | What to send | Why it changes the solution |
|---|---|---|
| Contents & packout | Product sample, piece count, inner bag or tray, fill orientation and headspace. | Determines usable internal space, contact/liner discussion, insert design and protection. |
| Structure | Preferred footprint, height, lid, opening, window, handle or special outline. | Separates an existing-mold route from adjustment or new tooling. |
| Artwork versions | Number of designs, languages, markets, barcodes and approval owners. | Affects files, proofing, version control, MOQ allocation and packing identification. |
| Quantity & calendar | Total quantity, quantity by design, reorder forecast and required arrival window. | Supports practical production planning around the annual purchasing cycle. |
| Packing & market | Retail channel, destination, carton limits, labels and requested documents. | Defines outer-carton protection, transport validation and documentation scope. |

Repeat-order control
One approved structure can support several campaigns—if the versions are controlled.Junmei can retain approved samples and color references for comparison on seasonal and repeat orders. Exact color and repeat consistency still depend on agreed standards, materials, print process and approved tolerances.
Record dimensions, lid fit, insert, window or handle before artwork is multiplied across occasions.
Assign a clear artwork code to each market, language, barcode, card and carton mark.
Identify who approves structure, color reference, packing and final production release.
Reference the retained sample and list every intended change instead of relying only on an old visual file.
Direct buyer answers
Occasion tin packaging questions to resolve before sampling
These answers establish the project baseline; final specifications are confirmed against the real contents, approved artwork and target market.
Can several artwork designs share one tin structure?
Yes. Multi-artwork programs are common, but quantity allocation, print files, color references, packing identification and final MOQ must be confirmed for every version.
Can Junmei plan production around an annual purchasing calendar?
Yes. Junmei can coordinate capacity planning with the buyer’s annual cycle. The workable schedule still depends on artwork, tooling, sample approval, quantity, packing and shipment requirements.
Does Junmei provide inserts and packing support?
Junmei can evaluate trays, dividers, liners, multi-layer layouts, cards, headspace and outer-carton protection. The final system is developed around the actual product and shipment route.
