A complete RFQ helps the factory check structure and mold feasibility, review artwork and provide a realistic schedule.
The Minimum RFQ Checklist
Product & size
Product use, required dimensions, capacity and any sample or reference packaging.
Quantity & designs
Total quantity, quantity per artwork and whether repeat orders are expected.
Market & timing
Destination market, retailer requirements and the required delivery or launch date.
Artwork and Finishing Details
Use the tin box artwork checklist to share artwork status, Pantone references, matte or gloss preferences, embossing areas, windows, inserts and any parts that affect assembly. If artwork is not ready, provide a visual reference and brand direction.
Why Packing Data Matters
Carton quantity, protective layers, pallet needs and shipping method affect transit protection and freight planning. These details should be confirmed against the production and packing workflow, not after production.
